I stopped by asking if I could simply get my BMW battery tested that week. After being lied to and turned away elsewhere this mom who was 6.5 hrs away from home with her child was on the brink of bursting into tears. Tony, the Service Manager, said he could fit me in that afternoon or any time the next day. I excitedly said I would be back the next morning. Tony was amazing from start to finish. It only took a few minutes for his guys to find that in fact my battery was starting to fail. I’m fully aware of how outrageous BMW parts can be but at that point I didn’t care. My only concern was getting home safely. But Tony cared. He made sure to see what all my options were and recommended a battery with a good lifespan and warranty. That says a lot about their customer service and overall company. There were several of us from out of state that day and I could tell none of us were under the impression they were trying to take advantage of us at our most vulnerable. If it had not been for your sign and Tony’s willingness to help when others wouldn’t I would have been stressed the rest of our trip and most certainly the whole way home.

Bad service…company jack prices up to take customer vehicles

Worst rip off ever! Went in for a state auto inspection and left paying almost $100 for labor and parts for windshield wipers. These guys get you coming and going! BEWARE. If I could give less than a star, I would.
