Allure Dental Center

Really horrible experience. This is what happened:

I made an appointment for Saturday. The soonest they had available was months away, but no big deal. Saturday appointments require a $50 deposit. I went in and paid it right away. I gave them my insurance information, which they scanned; along with my id. Months later, a week before my appointment, I get a call threatening they will cancel my appointment if I don't pay up. I had already paid, so I informed them as such. They eventually acknowledged my payment. No apologies. They simply confirmed my appointment. Mistakes happen, so I didn't think much of it.

The rest of the week I received multiple calls from them asking for all of the information I had previously given them. All of these questions could have been wrapped up in one call.

Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I get a call that they are rescheduling my appointment and if I don't like it, then my appointment is cancelled. They had me pay to secure my timeslot and it isn't even honored. I had to cancel my other plans since I wasn't willing to wait another couple of months to get my teeth cleaned (by Allure or anyone else).

The day of my appointment, I am asked for my insurance again. Then I'm informed that the dentists are not in. They are at a conference. After everything, I wasn't even going to see a dentist. Wtf. I didn't get much of a choice in the matter.

We go through the motions and I'm told I have one cavity. They put a nasty sticky floride on a couple (not all) of my teeth. They smeared it on my lips and got some on my face. Then I was sent out and Apple said she'd email me a quote and appointment to fill the cavity.

A month later and nothing. I had to get ahold of them and then I get a quote for FOUR cavities now.

I also gave them a referral and was supposed to be given a gift card. Gift card never happened. My referral made certain to ask and confirm about the gift card when she went in for her appointment. Talk about regrets.

I was looking around for a high quality dental office, I needed some serious dental work done, I shopped around and did my research out of 5 companies in Moutainview, CA, Allure Dental Center was the best, The staff was really friendly to me and my family, They went above and beyond, in all aspects of what a dental center is, and what the dentist are supposed to do, every step of the way they were informative and made me feel comfortable through the whole process, Im no longer afraid of going to the dentist because thats how well they treated me, that statement alone should show you how great of company allure is! Will definitely go back there when im ready to get my dental implants done as well.Thank you very much for all you have done for my smile!
