        INEFFICIENT,UNORGANIZED, DISRESPECTFULL, LIARS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

        I went on March of this year to have my personal tax's prepared. They SUPER OVER CHARGED ME! . I was told by a friend of a friend that Lucy Valdez was "very good". I was told to leave all of my paperwork and come back in two weeks. When I returned they couldn't even find my name on their computer. I was then so upset I asked for my papers and they couldn't find them. After two months from me calling every other day. WOW THEY FOUND MY FILE! Then they charged me so very much. l WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE..IF you research this lady she doesn't even have a bachelors in accounting!
