I brought in my new rescue dog and they were great with him and me. They were efficient, friendly and informative. I was referred to them by my neighbor and I would recommend this place to others. Really great!

We have been taking our cat here for as long as I've lived in the area, which is about 3.5 years.

I have been very impressed with the friendly staff and knowledgeable care providers. We usually try to get appointments with Dr. Overlea. Our cat suffers from a few medical issues and I feel like Dr. O approached her long and short-term treatment so responsibly. She always takes the time to talk us through what/why she is doing things, which makes us feel much more comfortable.

All of the staff is great and we are very thankful we found AAV!

My Siberian huskies and Pomeranian are my world. I would do anything for their comfort, health, and happiness. I have found in Animal Advocates of Troy, that same commitment. They are diligent, practical, and respectful of my ideas, concerns, and recommendations. We have a partnership in giving the best of care to my fur-children. Prices are very reasonable, never tried to push frivolous services and fees. Most important to me, Laika, Odin, Grimsby and Sandra Rae love them there! Clean office. Never packed in the waiting room, never have to wait, never rushed during our visits. I highly recommend them!

I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner and was in and out for a routine kitty check-up.

Very happy with this vet practice! We have taken our dog and cat there and received excellent care. They do not push unnecessary procedures and give you different choices without any pressure. Also like that they offer the Merial vaccine brand that does not contain the mercury preservative thimerosal. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Highly recommended!

Our dog has been a patient at AAVH since they opened. We are very happy with the entire staff, from the doctors to the techs. The facility is warm and inviting, and clean.

Maureen Birley did a fantastic job treating my Golden's skin condition. She made Rosie and I both feel very comfortable in the office and made a friend out of both of us!

The veterinarians that work at Animal Advocates are the best! Very professional, compassionate, and caring. I have been taking my 3 pets there for over two years now and have only great things to say about the entire staff. They also have a resident cat named Nudge, who has a gift for putting clients at ease. I HIGHLY recommend this animal hospital. You will not be disappointed!

The staff are friendly, efficient and professional. The veterinarians are so kind and treat your pet with such affection it's as if they were their own pet. Dr. Bellisario is also aware of keeping costs down when appropriate. The atmosphere is clean and filled with interesting animal pictures and artwork. In case of a sick or injured pet they try to get you in as soon as possible. It is a great place to trust the care of your pet.

Great people who are professional and caring. Prices are very reasonable. Dr. Bellisario took great care of my 13 year old Boston who had a large cyst removed from her shoulder and her teeth cleaned. Animal Advocates Veterinary Hospital is now the clinic for all 3 of my dogs.

Very good vets. I went there because they were close, and they quickly diagnosed a problem on my dog that was simply treated with benedryl. I had been doing expensive treatment for years at my old vet. And for icing the cake, they are very reasonably priced. They do not gouge.

I have worked with all of the vets and vet techs at AAVH and have nothing but the best to say about their team. I have taken my guinea pig, cat, and dog to AAVH and received excellent veterinary care. Our cat was attacked by a dog and the team at AAVH took care of us over months of surgeries and procedures that saved her life. They are always able to fit you in and make you feel like you are their number one priority, which was so helpful to us during that stressful time! My husband and I have recently moved away from the area and are devastated to leave AAVH, but they are still happy to help us over the phone. I recently called the hospital and they helped guide me through choosing a vet in our area. I spent ten minutes on the phone with them being reassured that I was making the right decision about a procedure for my cat and how to make the best decisions regarding her care. AAVH is very clean, their prices are reasonable, and the care is outstanding. From the minute you call or walk in the door, the front office staff is welcoming and helpful, and the vet techs and veterinarians treat you and your pet like a member of the family. Since I have worked with each vet, and each vet was a part of the recovery process with my cat, I can honestly say there is not one that I would prefer over another. They all seem to get to know each and every client, so you should never feel like you can only schedule appointments with a certain vet. They will all take very good care of you! I would highly, highly recommend AAVH to anyone looking for a new vet.

Cannot say enough good things about these veterinarians. Been a regular client since they opened. Very caring, compassionate, will even come to our home when it is time

to euthanize your beloved pet. Dr Birley was able to diagnose a health problem that

two other vets could not. They are also knowledgeable with training problems. Excellent

staff.

This is a wonderful place to take your pets!!! It is very clean! They are ready for you when you arrive. They are very friendly and helpful!!! I would never go back to my old vet in Troy.

This place is amazing. It is extremely reasonable and wonderful care. We used to go to Long Lake Animal Hospital but no more! Try this place out, it has way better customer service, smells good and is very comparable in pricing.

This place is awesome!!!! Though my little dog thinks its the end of the world, we feel very comfortable there. The doctors are very freindly and gentle with my dog. I would recommend Dr. Overla. She is very nice and cares about animals as do the other doctors, but she has a certain friendly aspect to her that the other doctors don't seem to have. But don't get me wrong, all the doctors are friendly. Please come here. This place deserves business. Everything about this place is exceptional!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent clinic. The clinic is very clean and the staff is personable. They always remember my dog and any concerns I had about him. They always put your pets needs first and give excellent advice. My older dog was diagnosed w/cancer and the entire staff was very supportive and caring during the length of his disease. They always took the time to answer my questions and fit him in for appts. When I got my new puppy they were excited for me. I wouldn't take my pets any place else.

The staff is wonderful!!! Dr. Bellisario is very kind and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone with a pet.
