My AC unit was leaking water all over my base boards so we could not run our AC. Phil came in cleared out our line, set up our system so I can be more proactive on keeping the line clear. And final price was less the estimated. Thanks Phil.

Our heater stopped working, and Phil answered the phone on the 2nd ring. He was on another job, but offered to come by late that afternoon when he finished. He later called to tell me he was on his way, arrived soon after, quickly diagnosed the problem (a bad ignitor), replaced it and was done. The price was fair, the service was wonderful, and Phil was very nice and friendly. He also gave us advice on keeping the unit clean and how often to replace the filter so we wouldn't need more service calls. I highly recommend Bartlett!
