Franciscan Medical Clinic-Des Moines

I recently went to this place because I had a very itchy scalp and I was concerned. When doctor(Edward) came in to the exam room, I told him my concerns and asked him to look at my scalp and also asked if I might have head loce, as I have never had them before and had no idea what to look for myself. He looked for less than 15 seconds and said that he didn't think I had lice, told me an over the counter shampoo, and sent me on my way. Well, a week later guess what? I did have licr, and have since spread it to everyone in my family, and a couple friends. I called their office because I was upset that I basically paid a ton of money to someone who didn't spend any real time checking me, and I wanted them to refund the appointment (because why in the world would I pay for something I didn't get, right) and I got a call back from a woman basically saying sorry that you want a refund but the doctor is always right and we refuse to refund you. She wouldn't even admit that he made a mistake.
