Key-Whitman Eye Center

I have been to every Key Whitman office and I have had excellent care in every area. The staff are very helpful, patient and kind. The offices are extremely clean. I have not had to wait more than five minutes. I've had cataract surgery and lasik. Not one complaint. I live in East Texas over an hour away and worth the trip. I highly recommend. I had a wonderful time with Dr. Kathy McCain and her staff on 03/11/2017.
I got fitted for my contact lens and the difference was clear from all other treatments I have been receiving, she was very warm, attentive and nice to work with, they made me feel at home, you will never have guessed that I was a new patient visiting for the first time.
Dr. McCain was actually a referral from a friend who has been with her for a very long time.
I surely will recommend her and her team for great service

Excellent eye exam. I am corrected to 20/20 vision. The staff here are really caring and even fun. The Doctor gave me so much time that I felt I needed. Dena Perez welcomes me and checks through all my paperwork making sure my account is complete. My insurance was verified before I came in so there were no issues to surprise me. I was asked to provide my insurance information in advance to help my visit move smoothe and it did. Anniece Rutherford was very caring giving me great instruction on what to do during my testing. She let me know everything she was doing as we went along. Ashli Reznicek informed me along the way as well, giving me very informative answers to my questions. I recieved excellent instructions about dry eye drops. I purchased eyeglasses in the Optical Department where Dena Perez fitted me in such a professional manner. She styled me by not only the right shape, color and style to match my fave but she also made sure my prescription would fit in the frame along with my eye measurements. I did not feel like she sold me unnecessary products, instead she made suggestions and explained what they were and how they work. We cam up with a great package at an excellent price. We were able to work in private instead in front of other people. Even picking my glasses up when they were ready, I felt important and was treated with respect in such a professional manner.
The office is absolutely lovely. There is such a welcoming smell when you walk in the door. The office is very clean. Even the eyeglass frames are clean.
I love this place and I will be recommending this office to anyone looking for the best Optometrist in Mesquite, Texas. If you ate liking for the best Optical store, this is your place!
