My favorite nail shop! I've been here over 3 times and it's always the same awesome service. The ladies are friendly and fast and do a great job! I get my best gel manicures from this place ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Do not go here. Customer service is awful and employees help clients based on how expensive the treatment is that they're getting and will completely ignore that you've been waiting longer. I was told it would be a 5-minute wait for a pedicure and manicure, but 40 minutes later I was still sitting in cold water watching nail techs walk right past me to help customers that had gotten there 30 minutes after me. What was worse, and ultimately made my decision to get up and leave was the fact that two employees who clearly knew I'd been sitting in the chair waiting that whole time started pedicures on two other customers that had just walked in. Two other employees noticed what had happened and clearly told the others that they should help me first because I'd been waiting the whole time, but they just shrugged their shoulders. Of course when I got up, dried my feet to put my shoes on to leave they all started motioning to the manager and she apologized trying to get me to stay, and said she'd even do it for half off, but she didn't say one word to the rude employees that had clearly decided they were going to help the other customers. There's a nail salon on every corner, if you want customer service do not go to this one. They'll help someone who came in after you if that person is getting a more expensive treatment. If there was a "zero" star I would have rated it that.
