Jet Plumbing Heating & Drain Services

A friend recommended Jet Plumbing to me several years ago right after my husband passed away. I have never had a bad experience with this company, and have always found them to be pleasant efficient and fair. Well, yesterday topped the cake, and prompted me to write this review. I met Larry at my house at a little after 3:00 p.m. I was coming from across town and it took me longer than I anticipated so I was a few minutes late. He was pleasant from the beginning with no judgment. When I showed him my problem which I thought was going to mean snaking both bathroom sinks and maybe the tubs, he said it sounded like the sink was running okay although slowly. He unscrewed the suction stopper, which was fairly new, cleaned it out, and screwed it back in only not as tight. The sink drained perfectly! Such a simple fix which I never would have thought of. He said, "How about I just leave the stopper like this and we consider this a no call, and you just always call Jet Plumbing in the future?" I was so shocked and appreciative. I would have never called anyone else anyway, but now I just want to tell everyone else how great this company is!

Water heater replacement went without a hitch. Great service and timely employees. They even called to say when he was on the way.

Jeff Erickson is a great plumber as well as an employee. He really knows what he’s doing, and delivers on it. He’s always friendly, polite and nice. In fact he’s always smiling! He did a great job on my sewer line.

We have had Jet out on smaller jobs over the years and will certainly continue to call Jet when we have a need for plumbing services in the future. Thanks...Cheers!

I am taking time from my busy schedule to commend your technician Jody who came to my residence to fix a difficult plumbing situation. His resoursefulness averted a major overhaul of my plumbing system at a time when I am financially strapped after moving into my new, very old mobile home. I will be using Jets services again as I feel confident in the courteous, friendly and professional attitude of your service personnel.

The service tech was wonderful. He fixed the problem that I was afraid could not be fixed. He was patient and funny. I also love Tara the dispatcher. She's wonderful!

Rick is just a great guy and very honest & professional. He did a wonderful job and I love Rick and Jet Plumbing.

I just wanted to write a short note to let you know how pleased we were with the work done for us by Jet Plumbing during May. From the work done in replacing toilets to the outdoor work of Jake, Pappy and Bill to locate and repair an underground leak, the work was handled professionally. Most importantly for us was the way the Jet folks approached the work. One would expect a plumbing company to have competent plumbing staff. Jet staffs however, in addition to being highly professional were extremely courteous and friendly. They kept us well informed of progress day-to-day and always maintained the worksite in a neat and safe manner.

Jason did a wonderful job. He was patient, delightful and cheerful. He answered all my questions.

I just wanted you to know how pleased we were with Jason & Skip; we had a terrible re-plumbing job that took about 4 days. They were hard workers, neat and did an excellent job. And extremely nice!!! We miss seeing them at 8:30 in the morning!!

John did a great job repairing the damaged floor after the plumber repaired the plumbing. He definitely knows what he's doing.

Jet P&H is GREAT! Larry the tech guy was at my house only 30 minutes after I called early on a Saturday morning! He did a great job and was professional and friendly! He was my hero! The girl who answered my call @ 7:00am on Saturday was very nice and professional as well! The best part was their pricing! It was very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised! When I needed a plumber everyone I spoke to told me to call Jet. I'm always looking for the best deal. So I looked and called around and had four different co. come out to give me an estimate. Out of all four that came out, Jet was the best. However, they were $22.00 more the my cheapest estimate. But you should have seen the way the guy looked that came out from that co. Jet had this great, super nice young man come out. His name was Tommy. Out of all the co. that came out, Tommy was the most professional. He spent alot of time here with me, answered all of my questions and gave me ideas on ways to save money. All of the other plumbers that came out just listend and said ok I will get you a price. Tommy had my estimate to me in two days. Two companies gave me my esitmate on the spot. The $22.00 cheaper plumbing co. estimate took almost two weeks to get me my estimate. Now, after wasted time and miissed work, I should have listend to what everyone told me to do. "Call Jet" I promise for now on I will call them and only them. Also, I will always recommend Jet Plumbing to everone and tell them my stories and wasted time with other plumbing companies.

Professional - On Time and great work! Estimate before they did work and stayed with estimate price.

Everyone, from the person who answered the phone to the person who gave me an estimate by phone to Rodney the plumber who fixed my problem has been very professional and courteous. They gave me a fair estimate, finished the job in a timely manner, showed up ON TIME, and did a great job.
