We were given a quote and a week turnaround time. Then given full invoice although it took 2 months to complete. Communication and messaging with front desk was not efficient. And timeliness was the main issue. Upon wanting to disclose this feedback and request a discount for our patience in issues, Angela at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Never have I been spoken to like that by a company...ever. She continually told me I was wasting my time trying to disclose my feedback, was very disrespectful and unprofessional in her verbiage, tone and body language toward me, was trying to get rid of me then when I requested a conference call with the attorney she said I've never done that before. Useless. I didn't have but feedback to give in a 2 min conversation that they could not accommodate. Never would I recommend this attorney's office. And I know it was not me with attitude, otherwise the kind, older woman would have had issue with me too. She was nice.
