By the time I Found myself in Dr. Miller's office, I had wanted a nose job for over a decade. I was miserable and depressed. I hated my nose for so long, and it was the only thing I saw when I looked in the mirror. For years, I fantasized about getting it done, but I was too scared I would look "fake." I was scared I wouldn't recognize myself when I looked in the mirror, or that my friends and family would say, "what did you do to your face?" or worse--they wouldn't even recognize me at all. Despite all these fears, I researched for weeks, looking for the "top cosmetic surgeons" and the "best facial surgeons," etc. until I narrowed it down to a handful of prestigious, renowned doctors--Dr. Philip Miller being one of them, of course. I set up consultations with all of them, but Dr. Miller was the first and only one I went to. Within just 30 minutes of the initial consult, I felt at ease. Dr. Miller and his staff assured me that: 1) it didn't matter what anyone else thought. What mattered was that I was happy with my nose, and 2) and more importantly--Dr. Miller is an artist who specializes in bringing harmony to the face and giving his patients a natural looking nose. In that appointment, he also recommended I get a chin implant to create harmony in my facial proportions, and I am SO glad I did. After the healing process, I felt FINALLY ALIVE, FINALLY MYSELF, AND FINALLY BEAUTIFUL. I felt like the face in the mirror was the one that had been there all along just dying to come out. I did NOT feel fake or unnatural. It felt like he found the nose I was meant to have and created a harmonious face I could feel proud of and grateful for. Since my procedure, I am a NEW woman. My life and world have opened up with so many possibilities. I have confidence and I feel feminine and powerful. I couldn't possibly recommend Dr. Miller more. He will change your life.

Had cool sculpting I my lower abdomen. At my lowest body fat I always had a small pocket of fat on my stomach, I decided to look into cool sculpting since I wanted something non surgical. I read a lot of good things about cool sculpting so I knew it was something I wanted to try. Dr Miller is a facial plastic surgeo but he has a tech in the office who specializes in this treatment. I had the procedure done only once and am already seeing awesome results. I initially went to his office since his reviews were high and he had cool sculpting. Happy with the results.

Have my botox injection with this Dr. And thinking about dipping into fillers. I trust him completely with my face. He also fixed my broken nose. If you need a great Dr. He definitely is one. Hope this was helpful.

My initial consultation with Dr. Miller and his staff provided my wife and me with the knowledge needed to make an educated decision in going ahead with the procedure to remove two osteomas from my forehead. He is well versed in performing this procedure in a certified operating location conveniently located on premises. In March 2012 I had a Bone Extraction procedure done by Dr. Miller to remove growths from my forehead. I'd found Dr. Miller for the procedure through my own effort. I'd actually seen him perform the same operation on YouTube, so I decided to meet with him in consultation. He was very comfortable in his presentation and it was a great consultation. My results after the procedure were almost immediate and it's almost completely healed. Family members have noticed an improvement in my appearance and have commented on it. I am just very happy with Dr. Miller and his staff for their professional service and the comfort they provide to their patients.

I had Dr. Miller perform a Rhinoplasty and the results aren’t as drastic as I’d thought. The things that I wanted to tweak were tweaked. No one has said anything to me about it. A few people have said I look different and that I look good, but no one has really pointed out anything specific. It's such a natural change which was exactly what I was going for. Friends & family loved the results that I have and everyone is pretty happy with it. Dr. Miller is very professional, very comforting and approachable. I would describe him as a Top Surgeon!

I live on the Upper East Side and it was important for me to find a new Plastic Surgeon other than the ones in this area because everyone looks the same. When I found Dr. Miller and saw that my results are very, very subtle, so subtle that I even went in for a second procedure one time with him. Being that I’m a man getting Botox it was important that my results were subtle. He definitely accomplished that for me. You'll really, really get what you pay for. Also, my Rhinoplasty was beautiful. I always get compliments and highly recommend him to everyone looking to get anything done. He takes an approach that is more artistic. My nose was done by a local PS and it was a nightmare! On one side It

looked like a flat bridge with a deflated nostril! On the other side I looked

like a pig! Face forward was horrendous. Twisted and pulled to one side.

I never thought anyone could ever fix this mess! Well Dr Miller not only

fixed it he made me look normal again! This was extremely traumatizing

for me, and I thank the Lord for a gifted and talented surgeon

like Dr Miller! He's one in a million. If he could fix the mess on my face

and I look this good he can do anything! Thank you to Dr Miller and his

I wanted my nose to look natural and not very noticeable, and after seeing Dr. Miller’s previous work that he had done, I saw he stayed true to that. I could see the results of rhinoplasty right away and we achieved what I wanted. The main thing is that I wanted was for it to look natural- and that’s the best thing about it. It was a really great overall experience.

I had a friend who had Rhinoplasty from Dr. Miller and she looked great and had a good experience, so I thought it was worth it to at least meet Dr. Miller. After meeting him, there was some comfort there. He was professional and sounded like he completely knew what he was doing. I’ve been back to them every three months since the surgery and they still check up on me- it’s not like they just do it and then don’t care about the patient.

Dr. Miller did my Rhinoplasty and Fat Injections under the eyes a month ago. It was a pretty nice experience, I mean I met with Dr. Miller a few times and he addressed my concerns, the staff was pretty helpful. I kept going back and forth as far as what I wanted to get done and they were very accommodating. I cancelled twice and kept rescheduling and it was such a very nice experience. I like the fact that he was and Ear Nose and Throat Specialist. I researched where he’s initially studied and then after looking at some of the photos online it just looks very natural and I wanted a natural look and I didn't want people to be able to tell that I had it done. After reviewing his portfolio online and meeting him, I went to a couple of different doctors and this was a better experience, he seems to know what he was talking about. He assured me that it would look more natural, it's going to just enhance the other features on my face and that's exactly what I was looking to hear. It's only been a month, so already I can see some sort of improvement. There's still some swelling and stuff, but it takes a year for this thing to heal. I mean the profile of my face looks a lot better and my face just looks a lot, I don't know what the right word is, it just looks a lot softer, you know. I don't have my nose overbearing on my face anymore. I've been having surgeries for not elective, but required surgeries since I was a baby and a doctor with nice bedside manner and stuff is hard to find and he definitely has that.

I had a Rhinoplasty in May by Dr. Miller. I researched online and read reviews from magazines and things like that. This was actually my Revision Rhinoplasty. It was done in March for the first time, the result initially was great and I was very happy with it but as my nose healed, it just healed in a really weird way where the bump was starting to come back a little bit. So, about a year later, I went back to visit, he saw it and then immediately we came up with a date for him to just revise it and fix it. I got it done because my nose was really bad. Its just visibly horrible. I had a huge bump. It went a lot smoother than I thought it was going to go especially the second time around, it was definitely better. My down time was maybe a couple of days so people shouldnt be that reluctant to get it done. If they think they should do it, you know, get it done. Once the cast is off, I could see right away that the bump was completely removed. I had a pretty big bump right on the bridge of my nose so as soon as it was taken off, you know, it was a little bit swollen but I could see that it was gone. Im really happy with the result. Hes very professional. He let me know everything that was going to happen as far as healing and everything went very smooth.

Dr. Miller is very kind and the clinic is very clean. Everyone was so nice and gentle to me during the Restylane process. I have so many friends who talked about him so I got good reviews about him and I would definitely recommend Dr. Miller.
