San Antonio Family Physicians

I came in 5 minutes before they actually opened as a walk in. I watched patients walk in and out. When no other patients came in for over 20 minutes. I ask if my son could be seen. The front desk lied to my fave and said the doctor was booked and that I needed to wait until the physchians assistant came in which wouldn't be until 11. Yet 15 minutes later. New patients came in and where taken back The front office staff hates patients, and like to sit in the front and gossip.

I have been to many medical clinics but this one is the WORST I have ever seen! I had an appointment at 11 and I went in at 12:30 when people who came a little bit a head of me were seen first! When I was leaving, a lady asked when she was going to be seen and they tell her that they forgot to give her the tablet to fill in her information! The staff are rude and could CARE LESS about your time or concerns. Not only are the workers lazy, but Doctor Bernstein as well! I did a blood test and he said it would take 2 weeks for me to find the results. Well lt literally took 2 month, no exaggeration. I had to keep calling and complaining and their excuse was the doctor didnt look at the test or "we forgot to give him your file". That shows you the professionalism right there. Won't spend a single cent on this place anymore!

this is the lousiest family practice I have seen... and i am in the meidcal field.... long waits over 2 hours and rude staff members. the one doctor didnt even look in my husbands nose when his chief compliant was nasal symptoms and allergies. I would never recommend this place to my friends or even my enemies.
