I took my pop up camper RV Into Vinces Recently because no other RV repair shops were open due to hi demand. They were not recommended I just googled them & they were the only place that said yes bring it on in no waiting needed. I cannot tell you how happy I am with that decision.....not only is it fixed to the highest standards, as if it were brand new again, the price felt reasonable & they could not have been more polite, more accomodating more professional. Vince took so much EXTRA time explaining everything i wanted to know not only about my repair, but the general workings of my popup as its my new toy; & not sure how it all works yet. He made me feel like i was his most important customer, which i was LOL! He must have spent at least 2 hours total just advising me of things i should be doing, tips on all matters, etc. No stone left unturned. His knowledge of all things mecanical is quite impressive given he wasnt repairing a car. Even his office staff were so so very kind. Plz. Dont hesitate for one second to use Vince for your auto repair needs. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!

As said in the prior reviews, Vince's shop is amazing. They are extremely friend and give great deals! The owner walked me through every step of the repair and was there to adjust anything I was not 100% satisfied with. He is very honest and really cares about his customers. Highly recommend. They will also pick you up!

Wonderful customer service! Vince dropped me off at my apartment while my car was being worked on and then picked me up when my car was ready. It was so nice not to have to call a cab or wait in the auto shop. Everyone was very friendly and honest. The shop is located close to the Johns Hopkins medical campus and is also open on weekends, so it was very convenient for me. They were able to work on my car on very short notice and affordably priced (even rotated my tires for free). Will definitely go back!

AWESOME, FRIENDLY Service! I stopped at Vince's Auto Shop in hopes of repairing my tire that had just gone flat. As soon as I pulled in, Vince came and asked what I needed. Noland ( I believe that's his name) looked over my tire, repaired it and checked the pressure in my remaining tires. While I waited, I was offered (and ate) lunch with Vince, who had just finish cooking on the grill, and two of the other workers. I felt like I was a part of their "auto" family!!! I will definitely be returning to Vince's for other services that my car may need.
