I needed a water pump for my washing machine. Called on a Sunday when they are normally closed, and it was a long holiday weekend. Kathy answered and said she was currently in Hooksett but would check her inventory and call me back. Kathy called back, said she had the part in stock and was willing to meet me at the store at a certain time. She arrived, sold me the part, and my washer is back up and running in less than two hours! I feel sorry for those who had a bad experience, but I work in the service business, and you cannot take back parts that have been installed.

The most rude female employee I have ever dealt with. I called on June 11 2016 and she actually slammed the phone down on me and hung up when I was asking for information on a washer part. If I owned this business I would get rid of her quickly.

My dryer was not heating and I immediately called Manchester Appliance Parts to inquire if they had a heating element for my Kenmore 80 series. They had it in stock as I was glad as I had 4 loads of laundry and was down to my last pair of jeans. I went down to pick up the part and explained that I was dryering my comforter when my heating element went out. The gentleman at the counter asked me if I checked the thermal fuse which I had not done. He told me he thought that was more likely the part that had gone bad. Especially since it happened when I was drying my big and buky comforter. I went home and checked and my heating element was fine and all I needed was a thermal fuse. He saved me $40.00 and a headache. Thanks Bill! for your expertise and help!!!

Purchased a fuse for my dryer and the owner told me only one she had was in an opened package because she had to show a customer the difference between the fuse I needed and another one. For it home, installed it and it didn't work. Took it back the next day and she would not refund me because she said she does not take back installed / used parts. She argued with me that she sold me a brand new fuse, then preceded to take out fuse after fuse, opening packages to show me a " new" part does not have a scratch on it to show it was installed. I was out $18.00 for the part. I found it odd that the day before she only had one fuse available, but 17 hours later she had a box full. Ended up calling a repair man because I wasn't going to get ripped off by a parts dealer again. Showed the repairman the fuse I was sold at Bridge Street Appliance and he told me it was a blown fuse. Ended up with a repair bill of $75.00, ( $50.00 for a service call and $25.00 for the part) not to mention a used $18.00 fuse.

My dryer's fuse blew, so I looked online and found countless matching ones for between $2.50-$3.99. But with five kids could not wait to order, then wait for it to come in. So I looked up local the part businesses here in Manchester and came across this company. I drove down to find out that she is charging $18 for the same part. When I mentioned the price difference she got mad and started complaining about all her bills. I understand having to run a business takes money and time, but charging 6 times the actual price of the item is very exorbident and I would strongly suggest using a different source for your parts if at all possible. With the bad customer service and overpriced items, I'm sure you could find a better source for your needs.

Had Kenmore dryer belt I needed. Was able to get repair completed and avoid lugging wet clothes to laundromat! Large inventory.
