The worst reception staff i have ever dealt with. My husband is on a narcotic so we deal with them every month, and they find a way to screw it up every single time. The dr. Will be losing us as patients. We can't deal with this anymore

This evening after putting in my 12 hour shift I walked into the clinic because my daughter c/o of a sore throat and a cough. After filling out paperwork I was asked to pay my co-pay. I pulled out my check book to pay so my daughter could be treated only to find out they do not accept checks. But it is ironic how they have a picture of a check on the website. So because I did not have a credit or my debit card with me I was denied treatment for my daughter who is sick. WOW! All over a 30 dollar co-pay. They refused to bill me. Refusal to treat a sick child all because I was told "it's our policy!" I had to give them one star so I could post this for others to read.

I took my son in when his eyes started bothering him and turned red..the dr diagnosed it as pink eye turned out it was NOT...it was uveitis and had I not taken him to the pediatrician he could have lost his vision it can also be a symptom of something more serious...I'd think a dr should know what pink eye looks like! I wouldn't even give it 1 star but was forced to give some type of rating..I've learned my lesson urgent care centers are craps go to a regular dr.
