I have used McShan for years both personally and for business so I had no reservations in using them again for my recent wedding anniversary.



Everyone makes mistakes, but I specifically advised them that this was for my anniversary and to please make the arrangement extra special if they could. The photo was of the regular lowest level arrangement and I chose to upgrade it to the highest Premium level.



I was not a happy camper when my still thankful wife walked out with the arrangement in tow. Not only was it a sparse and small arrangement... it was actually smaller than the picture. So when expecting Premium for a special occasion, getting such an embarrassingly small arrangement made me livid.



I kept my cool, stayed professional, but contacted customer service to let them know of my disappointment and intentions of taking my business elsewhere.



They were very cordial, professional, and apologetic. They wanted to send another arrangement out, but sending a replacement for an already passed special event just loses its meaning. So they offered to credit my account for the entire purchase.



Now days you’re lucky to get even that much customer service from a business. But McShan never once made excuses and took full responsibility for the error. I agreed to the offer but was still so disappointed that I was probably not going to use them again, although at this point I did not tell them this.



To my amazement, totally unexpected and out of the blue the following week my wife received a large and absolutely beautiful floral arrangement... not from ME.... but from McSHAN FLORIST!



They expressed to my WIFE their apologies and wanted to give her this arrangement to let her know.



The customer matters at McShan Florist. They EARNED my business. Based on a history and reputation of delivering HIGH quality, and this bad experience turned good... I will never use another florist again.



I highly recommend them to you.

Have used this company for 15 years-NEVER been disappointed with the quality of flowers they send or their service. Other friends tell me that if there is a problem on the receiving end-McShans will make sure that it is corrected.

You always get what you expect. And they are great if you are looking for a florist service for your company. It's nice to always know they take care of you needs. Especially, when its for business purposes.
