Romano's Jewelers

The jewelry selection in Romanos is just amazing. With that great staff the purchase experience in this place is very enjoyable. They listened to my needs and showed me tons of different jewelry until I finally made the best solution for the anniversary.

It's hard to find a good, honest jeweler, but this place is awesome. The staff is very friendly, and they have a really nice selection of different jewelry. There were so many pieces I wanted, and the staff told me to take my time and were very patient with me. They even recommended a few pieces that were below my budget! I really appreciated that they wanted me to be truly happy, and were not just trying to sell me the most expensive item. I ended up leaving with a necklace and a ring that I love so much! They gave me a great price for both. I tell all my friends about this shop, and I will keep going back to them for all my jewelry.

My family has been going to Romanos Jewelers for years,and when I was ready to propose to my fiance (now wife) they were my obvious first choice. I had a few ideas since she had been saving photos of rings on her laptop quite conspicuously. When I went in, the staff greeted me by name and took great care in helping me find some different rings and different settings that would match her taste. They didn't pressure me and gave me time to think about it. The selection was so nice here that I had a lot of trouble figuring out which one she would like best, and their prices seemed fair. Their selection goes well beyond the typical mall jewelry store. They had a lot of unique looking settings, and from the research I did before buying the ring I chose, their designs aren't what everyone else is selling. My wife loves her ring, and we also bought both of our wedding bands from Romanos. We will always choose this jeweler first.

My wife's been looking for a certain type of bracelet that I saw when I was on vacation in Hawaii a few months back and I couldn't find it anywhere. I came to Romano's and they had it!!! And it was actually cheaper. These guys are so so so helpful!!!

I was in the area on vacation and I needed someone to clean my diamond, and these guys did it for me for free. While they cleaned my ring, I browsed around and saw some great selections on earnings and jewelry that I don't have at my local shops. The customer service was very great!

I have been looking for a nice pair of earrings for some time now. I decided to stop into Romanos Jewelers to check out their jewelry selection. I was immediately greeted by one of the sales people who made me feel welcome. They were attentive and genuinely wanted to cater to my every need. They were patient with me and so helpful. They showed me some beautiful sets that were so beautiful it was hard to figure out which set I wanted to purchase. The quality and the prices were a plus. In the end, I wound up buying 2 pairs of earrings. I just couldn’t choose. What a great experience.

Great customer service! This shop has a very realistic approach and has plenty of expertise. Just walk in and be willing to have a conversation about what you want and they'll start working with you to get it.
