My husband and I BOTH got pedicures, something I rarely have done and the 1st time for him. We were greeted when we got there, and they took us right away. Very relaxing and both of us are happy with the end result.

they dont care about customers and you can tell how run down the place is the workers didnt even use clean tools on me after the previous client wtf!! none of the workers speak english either or care about customer service!

I had a Groupon and received horribly rude service from the little man receptionist at the front over the phone. He asked if it was a Groupon and after i said it was, he became short and rude. He also told me that if I didn't show up OR was LATE the coupon would be automatically redeemed!!

Once I arrived at the appointment, things got even worse. The people were SO rude and it took them a TOTAL of 15 minutes to do the pedicure AND manicure. No one greeted us nicely but instead the little man at the desk asked us 'What do you need?'. I told him we had an appointment and he said 'Well, pick a color then'. Ugh.

We were never offered any kind of refreshment and the older lady doing my manicure CUT ME SO BAD on TWO of my fingers. I was bleeding badly and then, if you can believe it or not, she poured alcohol on my cuts!!! I was ready to scream at the idiot. After this I said forget it and went without getting any polish.

The lady doing my toes pinched me when she rubbed my legs for a total of 5 seconds each and when she painted my toes she didn't use a base coat OR a top coat and the polish I had chosen was RED for Christmas. I had to remove it after getting home so my nails wouldn't yellow.

Needless to say this was the WORST experience I have ever had at a salon and I have been to many in my life. Horrible, rude, crass employees and if I were the owner I would FIRE them all and start training employees properly in business etiquette.

PLEASE BE WARNED!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
