Pet Emergency and Specialty Center - Pet Urgent Care

Well the workers were nice but that doesn't help. My puppy got in there for 1 day and a half and I did not see any improvement. The prices are crazy |Realy Really crazy| I paid more $2000 for basically nothing and they could not even tell me what problem he had.

After they had my dog for about 10 minutes the girl came out and said it would cost us 500-1000$ just to start. My dog is old and was lathargic and not eating. How they figured the cost without any sort of diagnosis is beyond me. They wanted to do a bunch of unnecessary tests in the hope of finding something wrong. What happened to the vets that only treated what was wrong not racked up charges guessing. I was very disappointed with the service.

May 22nd, my little girl was gone. The staff at the hospital was very nice to her and to me. Special thanks to Sarah at front desk and dr.Rodriguez, they both were so supportive at this difficult time . I miss my girl Tina so much! She was our Sunshine for over 15 years.

OUT FOR YOUR MONEY!!!!!watch out for this place they are more concerned about how much $ they can get out of you and how fast they can get your pet into surgery before you have time to second guess what they are doing! They want to run extensive unnescessary test at top dollar on our pets when they are not needed. Very disappointed with the service and my normal vet will NEVER be referring another client there due to my experience!! So disappointed.

I have brought my cat there late at night and the service was unbelievable! They treated my cat like he was their own...from the front desk staff to the doctor. I will go back again and again and again!

I feel lucky to have found a pet clinic where the staff was so thoughtful and understanding, regarding my distress over my cat's sickness. Unfortunately, my cat was diagnosed with cancer but their doctor took the time to explain the options that were available to us, leaving me to make an informed decision on how to proceed with treatment. With their help, I was able to extend our time together and keep him comfortable. I truly feel that my "best friend" got the very best care possible. When my friend's dog became ill on a Saturday and she panicked, I suggested the Pet Emergency & Specialty Center to her, as I would to anyone. The fact that they are available 24hrs daily and weekends is priceless when you're concerned for your pets' life.

Our golden retriever, Mandy, has had numerous health challenges. Thank goodness for this wonderful verterinary clinic. The staff and doctors give wonderful care and the pricing is fair. I only wish human doctors were this caring.

I found the clinic to be very clean and the staff to be very friendly. They were very sensitive to my pets needs and took the time to be thorough and as informative as they could have been. The great thing about this clinic is that they do it all here. Their surgeons are board certified and they even have an oncology specialist.



I know that Animal care is expensive and that the Specialty Center offers some of the highest quality Pet care available. Dr F and his staff took great care of both of my pets and treated them with dignity and love. I would highly recommend Dr. F and his clinic for the best in Pet Health care.

Thank you to Dr. Feinswog and his staff for saving the life of our "fourth" child. Chloe hadn't eaten in 2 days nor left her mat , not even to go to the bathroom. When she began to dry heave, we knew something was terribly wrong. I drove her to The Pet Emergency Clinic, where the staff took over. After xrays and a thorough exam, surgery was recommended. We trusted Dr. Feinswog's experience and agreed. That night, they showed us a partially disintegrated bone found lodged in her intestine. Chloe recovered beautifully and we couldn't have made it through this ordeal without help of their entire staff.

My first experience with PESC was when my long time dog had cancer. The diagnois was accurately obtained after my personal vet was uncertain, and all my options were explained, including cost, in a very sensitive and humane manner for both pet and pet owner. I never once felt like the staff at PESC put their economic interests over that of the best decision for me or my pet. There is no question that continuing care of an animal that is seriously ill is an expensive proposition, and one that each owner must make based on his or her own. But I will never forget or regret the additional six months that continued treatment of my dog gave me, and it was certainly worth it to me. I had priced similar care at other facilities and found PESC to be more reasonable than other options, and better equiped both professionally and in terms of its facility. I suppose that if an owner goes there for the garden variety ailments, her or she may end up paying more than their normal vet would charge, but that's what you get for a 24 hour facility that will always be available. I have since used PESC for other dogs of mine, and was recieved excellent care even in the middle of the night. I would not hesitate to reccomend them to anyone who either has a seriously ill animal or who needs immediate care when their regular vet is unavailable. If its my animal on the line, I would want only the best, and know that's what I will get with them.

I was there a few months ago with my dog who was vomitting. I spent over 900.00 on tests and kept requesting medication for my dog. On the second visit, I finally received medication for my pet only after I kept refusing their expensive 2000.00 watch my dog over night option. Fortunately their costly scare tactics did not work on me. My dog got well after a few days on the antibiotic.

Believing that they were professionals with the requirements to operate and take care of my dog. The hospital did not act in the best interest of my dog BUt instead acted on the financial gain for themselves.
