Thank you for making my daughters birthday a huge success. Limousine arrived on time, which was a huge deal for me since I planned a surprise party for her. Driver even called me when thwy were 10 minutes away so we could prepare for the big entrance. I was extremely pleased with Captain Limousine...Thank you so much.

Captain Limousines is my go-to for airport travels. I've been using Captain Limousines for over 1 year now on a weekly basis and I've yet to encounter any issues with their service. All drivers have been knowledgeable and prompt and been able to get me to the airport on a timely manner during rush hour.

Please read through all filtered reviews on all sites before booking.!!!! Terrible terrible experience. Vehicle sent was not what We ordered! I was trying to set up a special Monday sales meeting to celebrate.... Turned into a disaster. Wrong limo, no phone call to let me know this ahead of time that the limo I booked and paid for was out of service! They sent a replacement filthy vehicle in disrepair that was 4 less seats than what I ordered! 4 people had to take separate vehicles. The vehicle sent was a Filthy run down and dirty. Not the new limo advertised on their site. The Speakers cut in and out. The Drinks I ordered and paid for were nowhere to be found , the vehicle was not stocked. The dragon door on the side couldn't open. It was an embarrassment! The people involved with this company are deceitful. The driver is grouchy and smokes like a chimney complaining about his company the whole time. Portion of the drivers side fender was completely missing.

To add the final straw.... The office is incompetent. Steve the manager promised refund after he researched the details I gave him. No refund ever credited to our bank. Steve has been dodging my phone calls since. Told today he is on a 4 week vacation?!? The admin person sent me a message threatening "legal action" if I continue to post my opinions and reviews on social media. This company is the lowest of the low with complete lack of respect for their customers and any shred of professionalism. Hope this review saves you all out there from going through this misery! Find a quality limo service elsewhere. This company is not it! Beware and be warned.

I scheduled an airport drop off last minute and the employees were courteous and set everything up exceeding my expectations.

Our Company use Captain Limousines Dallas txas office for our limousines service . i want to say the best company we ever seen . Customers service best and limos are great . we never seen that type of limos any where .. i saw the review from Wheel Fell off lol Really they have brand new limos the best limos . we been using limos from 20 years never seen that type of things . must be looking for free service , so DALLAS GUYS , trust me go and call them and check there limos , the best . i will use them again and again and if you guys need limo use this company once u use them u will remember me :) that i was correct . and i will get some blessing from all of you

I rented a 20 passenger Hummer Limo for my daughter's Sweet 16 birthday party. Cool vehicle, but on the way to the party location the WHEEL FELL OFF (axle broke). They were fully booked for the evening and had great difficulty getting a replacement vehicle an hour and a half later...a 10 passenger stretch limo. We had 15 girls. They said it was the best they could do. Um... what? My husband had to make an extra trip to get the rest of the girls there AND back! Ridiculous. TWO hours late for the party (driver even got lost getting there - really?)! THEN, when it came time to re-negotiate the bill, they were unwilling to meet me at a price I thought was fair. Then, they stopped communicating with me. Other than to blame ME for not terminating the service that evening (or having them bring us right home). So, now the charge has been disputed and maybe now they'll talk to me.

Really, they probably should have refunded the money completely as a show of good will, but I'm a nice person and am still willing to pay for services I received, even though they were extremely sub par at best. One shining spot, our driver was great...although he said after this incident he might not be working for them anymore. He even told me that he complained about the odd squeaking coming from the Hummer, but the company dismissed it as being a "normal" sound that these vehicles make. Yeah, right before they BREAK! What would have happened if it broke AS they were on the freeway? Hello... lawsuit? I'm just glad none of the girls got hurt.

We had Leonard for our driver on October 4 and he was simply the best. The other poster humtum25 is a liar. We booked the party bus for our homecoming in Ft. Sill Oklahoma, the bus was the coolest. Having them come back for prom.

Me and my friends used CAPTAIN LIMOUSINES on october 11th and it was amazing . WE got their 2008 H2 hummer and i cannot believe they got such a cool hummer . It had fireplace ceiling and floor lightings , neoen lights and lots more unexplanable and it was not even so expensive and that surprised me a lot. Before calling them i called lot of other companies and they had all high rates and atlast i went for captain limousines and i regret for not calling them before . I have referedd their service for all my friends and family and my dad is referring it to his business friends as well just by seeing it once . its really amazing and i request everybody looking at this review to try it atleast once . i bet you are not going to regret .

I used captain limousines for my sisters 21st birthday and i got the new h2 hummer they got . It was a brand new vehicle and completely amazing with all lightings and all more like a club on wheels . The driver was so friendly and we did not even feel like we were driving with a stranger . The H2 hummer is so super cool and i am planning to get it again and cannot wait to get on that vehicle and enjoy every single minute on that . You all should really check on their web site and look at their fleet . you all will be pleased with the service and vehicle they have . they simply rock

I had an unforgetable limo ride with captain limousines . They have an extremely good service and their new party limo bus is awesome . its so spacious unlike other limos and the rate was also affordable and worth spending according to the service and experience we got . I use limo service a lot but this was the best one i ever had and i suggest everybody to use Captain limousines its going to be worth spending every bucks .

We booked this company for our wedding and were EXTREMELY disappointed. We met with a salesperson initially and asked to book an H2 limo for our wedding party, since it was a large group and we wanted to be comfortable. At first, we were very excited. We were taken for a ride in the H2, which was amazing, and then given a nice deal when we booked. We were emailed a contract by this person that specifically noted that we had booked an H2 for the night of the wedding. However, surprise surprise, an Escalade showed up to pick us up. The car was NOT large enough for the party we had and was NOT what we had been specifically promised on our contract with them. The driver was not friendly at all, and he did not know how to get from one place to another and was constantly asking us for directions. As a result, we went over our five-hour time and were then charged another $150 by the company for something that was the fault of THEIR DRIVER, not us. If you want to be sure that you are receiving the car you were promised and that you will have a knowledgeable, personable driver, this is NOT the company you need to use.

WE WILL SAY THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE IN TOWN WITH BRAND NEW H2 HUMMER , WE RENT TWO LIMOS H2 HUMMER AND LIMO BUS SERVICE WAS SUPERB AND DRIVER BOTH WER SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLEY , I WAS LOOKING MR MAX REVIEW MAY BE HE WAS DRANK ON THAT NITE , OTHERWISE CAPTAIN LIMOUSINES IS THE BEST LIMO SERVICE IN TOWN , AND WE USE THEM NOT ONE TIME ALMOST 10 TIME BY NOW .

This was one of the most disappointing limousine services I have ever experienced. The driver had no idea where he was going at any point in the night. He was rude, disrepectful and had a huge attitude throughout the evening. He fraudulently attempted to get us to pay him more money in order to make a local stop even though we did not have a strict itinerary in place for the rental (our locations were listed as "as directed"). He even had the audacity to drive strange girls around in our vehicle while we were at dinner (we caught him in the act). The limousine driver's name was Leonard Johnson. BEWARE!!! Terrible terrible service.
