Danny Dring Living Defense Martial Arts

My daughters and I all LOVE the kickboxing classes at LDMA. We get to train with real fighters in a safe, relaxed environment. The trainers are kind and good hearted and really work hard to make sure that we feel welcome. The physical training is intense and has been great for improving our strength, endurance, and coordination. We have made friends from all walks of life that we will keep forever. This gym trains real fighters who compete all over the country but is still excellent for families who want to work out together, for mothers who want to feel strong and confident, and for kids who want to learn super cool defense skills. Strongly recommend!!

Highly recommend! Very good teacher takes time out for each individual. Master Dring is very professional and does his job very well. We have been at olympic style teakwondo wasted a lot of time and money, very unprofessional! This is the only place for us!
