I have shopped at Clackamas, Oregon & Las Vegas, Nevada locations 7 years & have always received excellent customer service. I recommended them to a friend for some sale items. She went to Gresham store I didn't know existed. When she asked to purchase items she was told no unless she has or signs up for credit card & that it's corperate policy. I've never had their card & buy promos several times a year. She called me & I could hear them argue with, be rude & disrespectful to & threaten her. I called my local store & they said it's not corperate policy they are lying. She left without making a purchase they losy a sale & future customer. I call & held 5 minutes to speak to the manager Stacy. She was nasty & confrontational to me. I highly recommend other location. Little girls in Gresham are unprofessional & snotty!
