        When I lived in Pickerington, I went to this Tuffy frequently. They were always honest, knowledgable and very reasonable. I recently had car trouble on a return visit and they solved the problem immediately and took lots of extra time explaining the issue and giving me information on a warranty repair my car is eligible for. Nate in particular is awesome. Thank you Tuffy Pickerington!

        I don't know why people say they don't take appointments. I always make an appt. I have been going there for about four or five years. Very clean waiting area and restroom. Good, professional service.

        We have been going to this location for years. Family owned and will treat you right. We have always felt we got the most honest and quality service, and in this line of business, that is saying a lot!

        appointments?

        this location has never taken appointments, i've been a customer since 1996 and i always get in without a problem or i leave my car, and have always had great success with my car repairs there, they have a staff of mechanics that are hard to find, most of them are the highest certified you can get, they are open 10 hours everyday and 8 hours on saturday i believe. they do stay pretty busy, but i think it is because people like the place. family owned i think.
