At the end of May they gave me an estimate for EAB treatment for 2 trees & pruning of one of them to increase it's chances of survival. I accepted the proposal & waited several weeks for a scheduling call. When I called them they said they had called me several times however there was no evidence on my phone records there was no problem with my phone, plenty of other calls were coming through. Finally Trystan, who was really cool, came to my home for the EAB treatments. Waited again for someone to come prune the tree. Everytime I inquired I was told 2 weeks, next week, etc., etc. A couple of days ago I was told that the pruning should have been done at the same time as the treatments and it was now not cost effective to return to my home but would because this was their fault. A couple of hours later I received a phone message rudely telling me they have cancelled my job & were removing it from their system because they were too busy. The entire process took 2 months. They do not value their small customers & don't honor their estimates. If my job wasn't good enough why did they come to give me the estimate? Two months of aggravation. I do not recommend them for small residential work. Terrible customer service.
