Chris Edwards Custom Wood Floors

Used Mr. Edwards in the past and he did a good job. Needed to refinish 1800 sq.ft. of wood floors. We left town for 4 days during the poly urethane process. Came home in the evening and called Mr. Edwards to verify floors were done. He said the were indeed done and when could he come by to pick up the check. On further investigation we found that the floors felt scratchy, there was lint and other debris that was covered with the poly urethane, and none of the holes were filled in. Called Mr. Edwards back and he said that the floor was scratchy because he used a water based poly urethane. He offer to come by that night and put another coat on. This was 8 pm. We adjusted our bill and sent him a check. He immediately cashed it, so I guess he is ok with poor quality work.
