Burns Pest Elimination

I had my landlord send out burns to deal with my roach infestation when I first moved in. A week later they were supposed to do everything again. They can celled their own appointment last minute after they scattered the roaches around my apartment then won't take the time to come out again. I call their after hours support and the guy is totally rude and inconsiderate of the tons of insects crawling on my walls.
Terrible experience

Complete rip off. They can not kill bugs then they lie saying it takes days for them to die. I'm considering small claims court.

Horrible service with mean spirited technicians. I called the service manager vincent to express my concerns, and he seemed to not be interested in what I had to say. I will never again use burns, or recommend their services to anyone!!!

The Burn’s techs are always very polite and respectful of our space never any intruding. They are great and very professional.

The service from Burns Pest Control has been great, haven’t seen activity since.
