Robby's Septic did a very professional job for me, they were accommodating in their schedule, and came when they said they would. They got right down to business, and efficiently cleaned the septic for a very reasonable price. I would gladly work with them again
We have used them several times to drain our tank and even fix our drainage field. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable folks.
Consumer beware. We called this place based on the history of the company. We live in NY state and needed to have our septic pumped at our place in Zephyrhills, FL. We thought we were getting a company that cared about the work they did. We paid up front. Guess what we were wrong. Even though the people who are renting our place were there, the technician could not get the concrete top off the tank and instead of trying other ways to get it off, he could not be bothered, he just smashed it with a hammer. Then the technician stated they would clean all the way to the house. If you call taking a crowbar and try to clean the pipes, breaking the 90 pipe and then leaving all the debris, concrete, pipe and tree roots on top of the tank well then i guess he did his job. The best part is the technican who did the job is part owner of the company. WOW what a way to promote your business. I would highly suggest in getting references before using this company.
