Bien Nails

I've been to the Bien Salon on Reems and Grand twice. I will definitely be returning next month. The minor difficulty with language is handled professionally. They are very courteous and quite skilled. The price is more than fair.

I have used many salons, having lived in Phoenix since 1977. I really appreciate the staff at Bien in Surprise, although they can be hard to understand at times. It's easy to understand their English in person than over the phone.



What a truly appreciate is Jimmy and his skill to listen to what I want and make it happen. I've got to him with such requests as a thinner acrylic, more arched top, lower "smile" and an oval square. This is hard to convey to folks that have English as their primarily language, let alone their secondary language.



One instance I received less-than-perfect service than I expected, and Jimmy made it right, no charge. They stand behind their work.



The stores are clean, the staff courteous, and they offer quality service. I refer people there without hesitation.

This is by far the worse place I have ever been bin. Tina is uneducated, rude and obnoxious...I had my son and daughter with me, my son spent almost an hr in the water to get ped, when I complained to Nancy the nail tec, Tina and the rest of them working yesterday May 18 starting laughing and making. My son finally got up and walked to the front...no one came after him to tell him they would give him ped. Tina is NOT fit to be working with the public, she spent 45 min on one woman rubbing her legs when I complained again to which they all starting joining in. Needless to say you lost business on that day, NEVER to comeback again...do yourself a favor Jimmy get rid of her she is no good for your business!

Very rude staff by the name of "Tina" (?). It's obvious she is forced to work there. She was complaining about customers who called to make reservations. I was there on a Friday & will not go back. I saw 2-women come in for eyebrow waxing & the utensils that were used came out if a ziplock type bag without bring sanitized for each customer. This was really gross!! Nasty place of business, nasty attitudes from employees.
