Bad experience. I ordered a sign after already giving this company business and after a week and a half; I called the company and spoke to Tom for him only to forget what I ordered. Then he asked that I come pick it up even though I already told him that I’d pay for a professional install. Then I called him a few days later to get a concrete date and he tells me to take the business elsewhere. He wasted 2 weeks of my time to just jerk me around.



Large or small, businesses is business and at least communicate. Don't string clients around. Tell me right away that you don't want the small business. I will never ever do business with such ungrateful people again. Tom, thanks for wasting my time. I told you that I'll give you a good review for good service. What do you expect me to do now? After wasting 2 weeks of time and energy? Read this and enjoy.



For everyone else, I would pay a few extra dollars for another sign company that would actually appreciate your business.
