This is one of the best limo experiences we have ever had. As a mother of two teenagers, we are always renting limos for dances, formals, functions etc and we have had several not so great experiences over the past few years. I found global limos in a google search and we hired them for my daughters senior prom. This experience was hands down the best experience I’ve had with any limo company in the DFW area.The booking experience was easy and I felt very comfortable by the end of the call with everything and felt like they really took the time to answer my questions. The driver Sherry was professional, very friendly and accommodating to the group. She made sure every need was met and went above and beyond we felt. I would highly recommend this company if you’re searching for a limo in the DFW area and you don’t want to worry about what you’re getting, if they will show up or the quality of the car they are going to pick you up in. Five stars all the way around.

They sent my limo to the correct address, but wrong city! How hard is it when I gave them the zip code. I had to get my neighbor to get me to the airport. Will never be using them again.

I used this limousine service for my high school prom and it was amazing! The driver was so nice and was on time. He did not pressure for the tip and he even said we did not have to pay if we wanted to stop somewhere. We tipped him very well. I wish I remembered his name. If I need a limo again I am definitely coming here. Pricing is amazing!

I will never use this company again! OMG, I’ve been trying to get Global Limousines (American Top Limo) to credit back my $900 since the 5th of December. After reading through other reviews it seems that Global Limousines’ standard practice is to make extra money by charging your credit card multiple times. I am frustrated and very angry that this company has ripped me off for $900! Global Limousines charged my credit card another $900 exactly one (1) month after my original booking for a party bus. I rented the party bus on 11/5/16 which was paid in full prior to my event date. However, on 12/5/16 I noticed a charge for $900 pending on my debit card from Global Limousines (American Top Limo). I immediately contacted the company and spoke with Steve who stated that he was the manager. Steve’s explanation for the unauthorized charge was that someone with the same name as mine booked a new reservation, the reservation system pulled my record and charged the credit card listed in my file. Steve then assured me that the duplicate charge would be corrected immediately. I then sent an email requesting that my information be deleted from their reservation system. Ali Asif replied via email that everything was taken care of.

As of 12/11/16 there's still no credit back to my debit card. I called the company again and sent an email inquiring about the status of the return of my $900. I was then told by Ali who stated he was the owner of the company that everything was taken care of on their end and that the process for the bank to credit my account could take up to 10 days. At this point I just want my money back! So on the 10th business day (12/19), I reached out to the company again via phone and email. I’ve received no replies to my recent email messages and many phone calls. I called back from a different phone on 12/20/16 around 9:30am, Ali answered and pretended to be clueless about the incident. I explained the reason for my call and his response was, “let me get back with you in 5 to 10 minutes”. I am still waiting.

As of December 28, 2016 Global Limousines USA has not returned my $900. Please beware!!!

This is the WORST COMPANY!!!!! I have never dealt with the most unprofessional company in my life!!!! They charged me twice and refused to reimburse me !!! The representative was very rude and called me names and hung up on me !! He would not let me talk to a supervisor told me he didn't need any business they have plenty !! I would never ever suggest this company to anyone as long as I live !!! I highly suggest for anyone to find a different service for their event !!!!!!!!

Global Limos USA are horrible. The limo was an hour late, the limo had trash in it. I had to wipe the seats out, and the driver wanted at argue because the schedule had to change up because he was late. Will never use them again!!!!

Horrible their cars suck im warning all the customers go look at the car first!!! and the owner does not refund he just keep saying he does it wich is bs stay away !!!! and he lies and says his name is steve!! his name is ali

The initial service while making the reservation was great. The car was great and showed up on time. From there it went down hill. The firs thing out of the drivers mouth was asking how the TIP was going to be paid.

Nick our driver was awesome! He showed up early and had an great sense of humor. They were super accommodating when plans and times changed last minute and I would definitely recommend them. Will be using you guys again!

Great service. The driver was on time and friendly. Opened the door and was very polite. The car was clean and there was ice :) I would recommend and use them again!
