        Dan took care of our property as if it was our own. He power washed our garage as it was coated with restaurant grease. He also power washed the undercarriage of our car. Our patio had mold on the Saltillo tile and Dan was able to remove the mold as well. We are very pleased with his work and felt his cost was very reasonable. We plan to refer him to friends and use him in the future .
