Sweet Memories Cake & Catering

I loved working with susan! She was amazing from helping plan everything go making sure we were well hydrated throughout the wedding. She would bring us a glass of water or tea to make sure we weren't dying at our June wedding. To say that cake was my absolute favorite thing is an understatement. She did such an amazing job decorating it and the flavor was so good! I love how she does multiple flavors for each tier. I also had her cater our food and it was perfect. I could go on and on about how amazing she is!

My husband and I went to see Susan when it was time to order our wedding cakes. We decided on a four tier wedding cake and a 3 tier grooms cake. We ordered and paid for our cakes 5 months before the wedding day. I also confirmed the order during week of my wedding. When I arrived at my reception I noticed that my grooms cake wasn't there. I asked Susan (who was still setting up the wedding cake 15 min before the reception was to begin) where the grooms cake was. She first told me that I did not order one. After calling her bakery and confirming that I was correct, she simply wrote me a check for the cost of the grooms cake and left. Susan never offered to replace it, bring something else, help us find another cake or anything! I was very upset and disappointed. I thought I had chosen a professional bakery to help make my day special but I was WRONG!

I would recommend any bride to this bakery/caterer/LIFE SAVER! Their cakes are the best I have ever tasted. And trust me throughout my wedding planning, I tasted everyone's cake in Dallas and Fort Worth. I found Sweet Memories at the Dallas Bridal Show, and from first meeting them to planning out my wedding, I had the very best experience with them. Susan, the owner, Is the most helpful person I worked with throughout my entire wedding. She also helped me with my flowers, Photography, linens, and DJ! Its like the PERFECT one stop shop! After my wedding, I continue to use Sweet Memories for my two Daughters birthdays, and my husband and I's Anniversaries. My family and I also use them for out Christmas Party every year. The food is always amazing, and it's pretty affordable as well. I could not have found a better, or more professional bakery/caterer if I looked for two more years! You will not be disappointed!
