If zero stars was an option....

I have rarely in my life dealt with a more pathetic excuse for professionals than the staff of Marco Dental Care. I went to great trouble to move my schedule around to accommodate an 8:30 dentist appointment only to be called by some snide secretary as I was walking across the street to their office at 8:31am to tell me that they needed to move my appointment to 10:30 because the paperwork would take to long for the dentist to be able to see me. When I told her how ridiculous and unprofessional it was to not keep to their schedule she put me on the phone with some jerk "office manager" who was EVEN MORE unprofessional and claimed that my appointment should have been 8:15, not 8:30 but that they didn't want to see me now anyway. As if I would ever, ever give these fools a dollar of my money. Another sad excuse for a business somehow existing on Marco Island. Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I went because it was an in network provider for my insurance. The dentist said I needed 2 crowns and gum grafting. He said I had cracked and decaying teeth. I came back a week later for a consult and they said I needed a mold made for $350 to determine the extent of the dental work I needed, but that $ would be used toward the dental work. At the next consult, she said all I needed was Invisilign and that I don't need any other dental work. They had lost or misplaced my molds- and she said the dentist was completely wrong with his diagnosis. I have since then left many messages to get my molds that I paid for- but no one will return my calls. They lied to me just to get my money and then basically dropped all communication with me. Many more terrible details- but I'm keeping it short. Run, don't walk, away from this practice.

I will definitely be returning to Marco Dental Care. I chose this office because it was referred to me on ZocDoc.

The waiting room was clean, odorless, and welcoming. The entire staff was professional and friendly. I had a minimal wait time. The hygienist was very polite and gave me an efficient, thorough cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised that she induced MINIMAL pain. I've always dreaded dental appointments because of the pain, but this visit was heaven compared to my previous experiences.

The dentist was also very professional, courteous, and prompt. I have zero complaints, and would highly recommend their services.
