        Outstanding faculty and facility! From kickboxing to Krava Maga each class will challenge your fitness levels from beginner to seasoned martial artist . Head instructor Michael is a excellent martial arts teacher as well as his wife Selina who runs the overly challenging kickboxing classes . If you want to learn for fitness or acquiring skill look no further .
