This salon has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff because they are all Smart Tan certified. If you have no idea how tanning works, how much tanning you need or which level to do to achieve your tanning goals they will ask you all the right questions to show you the best bang for your buck! They are not pushy at all! They give you the information and recommendations based off of what you are in need of with your visits! I have tanned at At the Beach and never felt appreciated with them the way Endless Summer makes me feel. All the girls do their best to get on first name basis with their customers and members get 25% off all tanning lotion bottles. That's way more than I ever got at At the Beach. They have more appreciation for clients then I have seen at any business. They also offered to hold my lotion behind shelf so I don't leave it in the car and it explode. Just wow! Every time I go in there they are cleaning, organizing or rearranging the store. It's an added bonus that it's a boutique! If there is a wait, wait usually there isn't because they have so many rooms, you can spend time shopping! I get more compliments on my bling purse from there than anything else I wear. They have a unique selection of retail that I know I won't see all over Loveland. I will always recommended this place for both tanning and shopping!

The owner is not nice, she doesn't care about her clients.... just money. you will never get a return or an exchange on ANYTHING (even packages) no matter how unhappy you were with the service. your stuck with it! she is very good about getting her clients to wrap you into long term packages and then screws you over! DO NOT TAN HERE! I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM A STAR BUT IT MADE ME!
