I have been a customer of Mark Lett's repair shop for over 12 years and will never take my vehicles anywhere else. This is quite a unique shop as if they work on your car for 15 minutes, you are not charged an hours labor and most of the time they will just say, No Charge! Just keep us in mind if you should need a repair in the future. To me, they care more about the customers and their automotive needs than how much money he looks like he may have in his wallet Honesty and complete professionalism is always what you get when you walk through the door. Should you have any questions about your repair, they personally take the time to explain the work they performed in detail, taking as much time as needed to ensure that you are a satisfied customer before you leave. I could say so much more but why don't you find out for yourself? If you ever find yourself in a position where you need a certified automotive technician, give them a call and make an appointment. You won't be sorry you did.

Provided by SuperpagesThese guys are very good at there job. Very honest and dependible. I have had my car and truck in there facility several times. The cost of repairs was reasonable and they usually have me in and out the same day. Trust me you will be spoiled by the service. I have been to several garages and the car dealers in the area and they will either rip you off or totally overcharge you for repairs. I had an appointment with a local dealer and they kept my truck for 2 weeks to fix my brake system. I like all the guys at total care auto and the owner goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of , I highly recommend this shop with 5 stars!!!!!!!! Joe C.

Provided by SuperpagesMy friend referred me to this shop and said they were good. My truck has been running rough for a month and 2 other garages charged me over 100 dollars just to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong. These guys brought my truck in and within an hour found out why it was running so bad. For less than 200 dollars they fixed my truck, and it is running great. This is the only place I will go from now on. Good mechanics. TAJ

Provided by SuperpagesHad my car at 3 other shops with unbelievable estimates. The owner took me to my car showed me what was wrong and told me how and why this part failed. These guys are really good at what they do. My car was repaired the same day at half of the price. I would highly recommend this shop over even the dealership who was one of the garages I visited earlier. I tell all my friends and family. They are very trust worthy and wont try to sell you something your car does not need. I give them an A+ excellent!!!!!!

This was our first visit to Total Care Auto Repair. It was easy to find, the people were all friendly, they diagnosed the problem for free and had the car repaired in just a couple hours! We will be back.

Provided by Superpagesthese guys have a long standing reputation. sceptics may say this and that, but lets see them go to a dealership and pay their prices for doing the same thing. you know, one persons comment upset me. im no expert, he said it lasted but weeks, well a fortune teller may have predicted this, but personally, if these guys say it should last, ill take their word. especially over a fortune tellers. human error is but a percentage of the time. someone with a computers' opinion, however seems to sometimes have a stupid effect. thess guys wont give up or let you down
I been a dealing with Total Care Auto for 10 years . I have never had a problem with the care and service I have recieved form Mark Lett and his crew of techs . I went thru a bad time recently and Total Care worked with me to makesure that my car was in shape for doctor's appointments and thearpy . I have found them reliable and forthcome in all my dealings with no reservation to intrust my cars to them anytime .
