Doing business with them means they will hire people who are very unprofessional. It's all about the money with these people, and you are the last person they care about once they have what they want. They take care of themselves first, and then they get to you with what is left over. What makes them happy is meeting their expectation and if not you will not be getting your money's worth.

This company will come across as a service oriented company until they walk away from your door the day they sign you up for service.



Unfortunately, they have been constant no shows with no courtesy call, will lie to you as discovered once their rep comes out and contradicts what they have told you, their "cleaning experienced reps", which range from no experience to under 3 years will clean inconsistantly and leave you in horrible shape. No free reclean service like most other companies and their prices are generally higher. They take no responsibility if they may have caused something to go wrong. It will always be your fault and cost you. Keep your personal equipment seperate as it may also come up missing.



Oh, and good luck trying to get them on the phone.



I would include pictures of their service only hours after they have left if it would allow me to. Do yourself a favor and contact someone else.
