Burton Pools & Spas

We had an above ground pool for 17 years and only used Burton Pools for everything. Just had a in ground pool installed, came on here to give a review... read the other reviews. To the (bad) reviewers I have no idea what company you guys dealt with because everyone from the sales person to the pool installers to the water testing guys. We have never been mistreated or ignored or any bad experiences. They have all been VERY helpful and gone above and beyond to help us with our pool needs. I will use them as long as I have a pool! Great group of people to work with! Dustin is the nicest person in this world, along with Mark,(Jay Brandon out of Ft. Smith). My hats off to Brandon's crew's they were some of the hardest working guys I have ever seen!! Very good at what they do and super nice guys to be around! They sure get an A++ from me!

Great buying experience beginning to end. The first time we came in my wife and I was just browsing, and the sales guys were not pushing at all. Once we were ready to actually purchase a pool a year later Micha was very patient with us, answered all of our questions, and listened to our requests. The construction was finished in the time frame they told us, and it's been the best major purchase we have ever made.

They built our pool three years ago, and I have had nothing but a positive experience since! I use them for everything

Terrible experience with Burton Pools - do not use them. We had them replace a pool liner at my elderly mother's pool 3 years ago - they measured the liner incorrectly and installed it incorrectly. Took me 3 years and help from my pool cleaner/technician to get them to admit to it and replace the liner - 3 years!!!! They also tricked me into giving them my credit card to put on file and are now charging me to close and winterize the pool - which I already paid for when the original liner was replaced. They are sneaky and horrible to do business with. One person in Fort Smith told me I would not be charged for the closing and then the Springdale location charged me and refuses to credit me...DO NOT use these folks! Take your business and your money elsewhere.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Even Faith (I think that's her name) hung up on me because I said that I have not been able to get in touch with the service department.

Plenty of other pool stores around who respect their customers. Burton does not.

Every customer service person in this store make you feel you have unconvinced them. From the water testers to the sales persons to the parts department. Really feel they don't care either. Dislike going in this store but is where the chemicals are. Have seen lines of customers needing water tested and the workers will walk away with no mention of 'be right back' or 'be with you in a minute'. Just don't expect much when you go in.
