        Overall

        I had a crown pop off (installed by a previous dentist) on a Thursday night and discovered that Dr. Applegate's office is closed on Fridays. I texted Dr. Applegate and informed him of the situation, hoping not to go through the weekend with a jagged tooth. He could have easily sent me to an urgent care dentist. He could have easily ignored the text completely. What did he do? Without hesitation, he arranged to meet me at his office on Friday at Noon to examine and repair the problem. Not only did he selflessly give his time on his off-day to repair my tooth, but Stephanie also came in on her off-day to assist him! They were both as warm and as welcoming as always. Never once did either of them treat me as though it was a burden to be there for me. I know of plenty in the medical field who wouldn't have traveled right down the street to help a patient in need if they weren't scheduled to work. Dr. Applegate doesn't even live in Northern Kentucky, and he made it a point to be there for me. These are the type of medical professionals you stick with. I'm most appreciative.
