        Since using Lorens for my new furnace all my experences have been extremly positive. Geoff just came out for the one year check up and left me with another positive experience. Very polite and curtious. I do not hesitate recommending them to anyone that I know.

        Overall

        We had AC added to our furnace heating system on April 20th 2015 and we wanted to commend the two technicians who made this installation possible. This was no easy task requiring a complete removal of the gas furnace, inspecting the furnace and installing the cooling coil configuration, then reinstalling the furnace, A new T-stat was installed per our request and a replacement return grill more suitable for appearance aspects. These gentlemen that did the work were highly skilled and ever considerate of our home and paid attention to detail at every step of the way. I can't thank Adam and John enough for the 1st rate job they did for us and Loren's. What a true asset these guys are to their boss. Thanks again Loren’s, Adam and John.
