Cooper Urgent Care Center - Audubon

I love this place doctors always nice. Very clean. I go here for me and my daughter before even going to our own doctor. 5 stars all the way.

The only positive part of this visit was the receptionist. I went to get a typical cold checked out that was lasting longer then it should, I also wanted to make sure I didn't have strep throat. The swab came back negative, so when they looked into my mouth they advised they don't have the right equipment to figure out what's wrong and I need to follow up with my doctor. Did I mention I was there for an hour and a half and they claimed they were busy when there was only 2 people in the waiting room when I got there. It took 20 mins just to get discharge papers. I'LL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

I had been there in Dec 2013 and everyone was great. I recently had need of care again this week. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, professional. The wait wasn't long at all but I was warned there could be a wait, and later got apologies for the wait. This is a great place to go to when you need medical help. I highly recommend it.

Was greeted as soon as we walked in, receptionist was very pleasant. It was quick and easy at the front desk. Went back to the exam room, doctor came in within 5 minutes, was asked a few questions and was very pleasant. I had staples removed from a head wound, was quick and painless. As I was exiting; the doctor, who was on the phone, made sure to make eye contact with me and mouth have a good day. Was in and out within a half hour. Would highly recommend!

Is there a MINUS STAR? "Come back when you're sicker" is really not a great response and having a condescending doctor who can't figure out if she doesn't SEE tonsils that you had them removed (which was in my info that I guess she was too lazy to read) was humiliating. No other patients and I was there for two hours. The only reason I went was b/c I was in so much pain and my family doctor was at a seminar. WOULD NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
