        Rudeness Galore...

        The star was mandatory..à negative star would b my rating.Anyway, I came for a consultation about changing my hair color. I was referred to the "color expert" (chick with Little Mermaid hair)who was too busy on her phone and didn't bother to look at my hair. She simply gave me an estimate of 250 and warned me my hair could break off. How professional was that?
