If you haven't checked this place out, you definitely need to. I go to Blu Water Day Spa for all of my indulgent needs- nails, feet, eyebrows, facials, massages, etc. I've had it all there and you should as well. Excellent staff and services, what else could you ask for. The spa offers a large variety of skin care services and sells merchandise for you to take some of your spa experience home with you.

I especially like my eyebrow tweeze which I get every 10 days. Julie, the owner, has been doing my eyebrows for 10+ years. People stop me on the street and ask me about my eyebrows, and I don't hesitate to tell them where I go. Whenever you have anything cosmetic especially when it comes to your face, eventhough you, personally, are satisfied, the true satisfaction is getting compliments from others. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Blu Water Day Spa for my spa needs.

The best spa i have ever been to! A spa junky myself i have gone to all the spas in the area... and Blu Water fulfilled everything i was looking for. A very relaxing atmosphere with employess who make you feel warm and welcome. At Blu Water i had a manicure, pedicure, and an AMAZING hot lava massage from the therapist (highly recommend this service to everyone!!) Overall i had a fabulous visit and have been back many times since!!!

When BluWater opened, I was totally amazed and at the additional services that were offered. I am a big believer in taking care of oneself and don't consider it pampering, but a necessity in today's stressed out world. BluWater takes care of all my needs and I have fun as well as relax every time I am there. Julie, and Jenny and LaCrista are my all time favorites, as well as friends. I consider them artists in their chosen profession. I have had artificial nails for a continuous 29 years and I have never had such wonderful looking nails. Julie is an incredibly gifted cosmetologist and permanent make-up artist. I have had my lips done and I love never having to wear lipstick. Eyebrows are next!

After viewing the ad on Blu Water it seems as though it is a Oasis in a world of stress and anxiety. I felt a presence of experience, professonalism and knowledge. Yet, the thing that drew me to the want to go there, was the personal touch and individual care. One cannot over state the value of finding a place where you can leave the world outside for a short period of time...while trusting those valued times to a facility and staff that caters to your individual needs...Excellent!

Ok...I had been going to a spa in White Flint for years and had a horrible experience with waxing. I was referred to Teresa at Blu Water and went fearing the worst but hoping for the best. It was great - we talked about my experience and she explained the proceedure and the procautions she would take. I fell asleep during a leg/bikini waxing!!! I told my friends who now go there for their waxing and they said I should write about it! It was "awesome" and I am now a fan!

I have been a customer for 3 years (formerly Peter's Nails) and drive from Columbia, MD to Kensington for manicures by Philip (Gel), pedicures by Tracey, waxing by Julie and recently my first massage by LaCrista because I believe they are true experts -- the best anywhere. The new Day Spa is beautiful and peaceful. The services are complete and reasonably priced. I highly recommend you try Blu Water.

What a gem - a gorgeous place to go - serene and luxurous and fair prices (easy, free parking, too). The staff always makes me feel welcome - I highly recommend Blu Water for regular maicures, pedicures and facials - and it also makes a GREAT gift certificate!
