Marianne Russell has lived in Greensboro since 2003 and has been working with brows for over 20 years. She loves to paint and has been interested in maximizing beauty since she was a small child. Marianne's passion for helping people look their best and her dream of owning her own business motivated her to open Marianne's Brows in 2012. She invites you to pamper yourself and look your best by taking advantage of all she offers - brow-shaping, waxing, hair styling, and nail care. Marianne offers a premier salon environment for an amazingly affordable price. Why is Marianne's Brows different than other salons? Rather than taking a cookie-cutter approach to waxing and styling, Marianne studies a client's face and works with them to achieve the ultimate brow shape that will enhance their features. A client's comfort and safety are also of utmost importance to Marianne. As a result, she always applies wax to the fabric strip rather than directly on the skin to avoid burns. Do you have sensitive skin or skin prone to breakouts after waxing? Marianne will work with you to make sure to minimize any effects from the waxing process. Unlike many salons, Marianne isn't just a technician or a stylist - she is a true eye-brow and hair consultant who will work with you to make sure you look your very best!

        I went with my friend so we could get our nails done and my friend wanted to do her brows as well at around 5 in the afternoon.The pedicure was okay but after that it got worse. The lady that did my nails did an okay job. The lady that did my friend nails was terrible. The place was completely overbooked and the lady that did my friends nails kept leaving to go do things for other people. This resulted in her rushing through my friend's nails leaving a sloppy mess. She also forgot to put a top coat on her nails. Then while my friend was drying under the uv light a different lady comes over and puts two layers of top coat on her hands. My friend was angry that her hands were dirty from the polish so she asked them to be cleaned up only to have a different woman put for coats of nail polish on her nails and not clean up the polish that was covering her fingers. We were in that salon for almost three hours and the service was mediocre. The nail techs weren't that friendly and the place is overpriced for the quality of work you get. Greensboro has much better nail places than this.

        If you want to have celebrity ...

        If you want to have celebrity brows you MUST stop in to see Marianne of Marianne's Brows....Hair & Nails! I have been following Marianne around from shop to shop for the last 5 years and am thrilled that she now has a place to call her own! The interior design is welcoming and the massage chairs are top of the line. Very rarely have I had a french pedicure last for more than two weeks...I am thrilled!

        Marianne is amazing! I absolut...

        Marianne is amazing! I absolutely love her new shop and would recommend her to anyone who needs to have their eyebrows, nails, or hair done. Several of my friends now go to Marianne and all of us have been transformed by her eyebrow shaping. We look like different people! I have never been to a nail or waxing shop that is so elegant with such friendly staff. And did I mention that it is incredibly affordable? Marianne's Brows is the best kept secret in Greensboro. Send all your friends here - you won't be disappointed.
