Overall

Gateway Chiropractic was not straight forward with me when they told me how much the treatment plan would cost me, specifically if I ever needed to terminate my treatment plan. They didn't tell me that the first 13 sessions are charged at $100 each, and the remaining sessions are charged at $30 each. I sat down with Dr. Michel and she discussed the costs with me but she never mentioned this, even when I told her "It comes out to about $47 a session." She never mentioned the $100/$30 charge schedule with me.  I paid the lump sum for a full treatment plan up front, but after 11 sessions I was forced to quit my treatment due to life circumstances. I found out about the charge schedule when I asked for a prorated refund and was told that I would be receiving a refund which was much smaller than I expected. I ended up paying them for 50% of the treatment plan although I only received 25% of the treatments. That is besides the home therapy equipment and supplements I had to pay for.
Dr. Wall is a good chiropractor but I could have received the same care elsewhere without losing so much money.‎

Overall

My wife and I have been going to Dr Wall for over a year and we are both well satisfied. One thing I love about Dr Wall is that he is unlike most Dr's who just treat symptoms. He treats the root-cause of not only what pain you may have, but also problems that you may have that do not exhibit any pain. He is also big on prevention, not just treatment. We have witnessed many of his patients improve during our visits. One person we met there had MS and went from a being in a wheelchair for 9 years to walking without assistance. We have also referred many people to him and they have also had great results. He uses an examination, x-rays and a thermal scan to determine the condition of your spine and develop a treatment plan. Follow-up xrays and counseling are taken to make sure you are improving and are on track with your plan. His plan is not just about pain management, it is about nutrition, exercise, and prevention. The cost is very reasonable considering the results that are obtained. Another thing that impressed me was how efficient the entire office visit and adjustment process is handled, you are in and out in minutes. Yes, you may need to wait a little longer once in a while during a busy time, but that is not the norm.
