I traded my gun in on 2 new guns last week. The offer they give me for my gun was insulting but I wanted the 2 guns & couldn't afford to buy them straight out. I understand that a business is in business to make money. I understand that. I expected them to mark it up $ 80 or $ 100. But to sell it for double the amount they give me for mine is a slap in the face. I will never do business with them again which is to bad because they have a great selection of guns & their prices are cheaper than most. I had planned on buying more guns there but I will gladly pay more somewhere else for a gun to keep from giving them any more business.

Very rude on the phone. Called at one point and asked if they had a itea. Saud they did and they was with a customer so I asked if I could call back they said yes. So I waited and called back. Now all they'll do is hang up on my. Really pore customer service skills
