Was cheated out of nearly 2,000. Claimed replaced a part theyndidnt replace, did not fix initial problem to begin with . Kept making up stories about the issue. Finay took to dealer and changed 44$ relay. Dont waste your hard earned money, they are a fraud. Suing them now for my money. Danielle the worst, Incredible lies and deceit.

Emergency service for out of state first time customer! Exceptional service, our car broke down while we were there from Virginia, they were able to get us in and have us back on the road in a couple hours. Very professional, service honest. wish they were closer I would use them for all my service needs.

Unbelievably professional & quick! I had waited for a week to get in to the dealership before I called them & they had a new starter on my 326XI the same day & I don't I've my car away in less then 24 hrs! Danielle made sure I was aware of everything that was happening & that no repairs were done w/o my consent. Finally a repair shop that gets it right! Great job guys, you gained a new customer bc I will go no where else in Charleston!

Thank you Exclusively Bimmers. As a first-time customer I was somewhat nervous about taking my car here. I stalled for over a year having maintenance done because I had lost faith in a different BMW dealer and once out of warranty the dealer charges were too much for me.
Exclusively Bimmers was courteous, professional and obviously had my best interests at heart. Before any work was started they listed the items that needed repair, suggestions what needed attention immediately and what could wait, and a very accurate estimate of the cost. The repairs were done and the car ready when stated. The charges were the same as the estimate. On the drive home I had a smile on my face because my car was running great, the two people I dealt with were professional, caring and sincere and I knew where my car would be going for any work in the future. Again, thank you Exclusively Bimmers. I am your newest customer.

I am appalled at the critical review for Exclusively Bimmers, I can tell you as a customer for over ten years- no one at Exclusively Bimmers would behave like this. I continually tell anyone I meet who owns a BMW to go see Dennis at Exclusively Bimmers. He has been the most honest, up front, efficient and professional mechanic/shop owner I have ever encountered. When I decided to sell my 1989 BMW, I purposely bought another BMW so I could continue to get my car serviced by Dennis and his staff. Whenever we've taken the car in to be services, we almost immediately get a call explaining the problem and no matter how small or large the work, as far as I can remember we've gotten the car back that day. And we've never once had a problem with the work they've done. Dennis has never, ever tried to "sell" me into work that is not absolutely essential, or the specific reason I brought the car in, although with both older model cars, any recommendations he could make would have been substantiated. Dennis and Rita (the front desk manager) have taken a vested interest in our lives and have always felt like an old friend when we go into the shop. My only complaint with Dennis and Exclusively Bimmers is that they do not run more businesses! I wish I got this kind of amazing customer service at every locally owned shop I patronize! As long as I have a car they will work on, I will go to Exclusively Bimmers!

I took my 2001 740iL to Exclusively Bimmers for 4 years and they did a beautiful job of maintaining my vehicle. I have since moved up to a 2006 750Li and I have them perform any work that is outside of warranty. They are always extremely professional and customer friendly. I have never had a bad experience in the 7 years I have been dealing with them.

I had an older 325 that I brought to Exclusively Bimmers. I must say It needed alot of work..The owner was always fair and reasonable on his pricing.I never felt taken advantage of,and as a female that is very important.And as for the last negative review sounds like they work for another repair shop..Because that sounds VERY out of character for them... :-)

I took my 525 to Exclusively Bimmer and had a very bad experience. He made 2 original bad diagnostics that cost me $700 and took no responsibility for the error. When I took the car to the next mechanic he laughed and got the job done right. The final mechanic said I should have been charged 25% of what I was charged and said the diagnostic test is easy to have figured out what was actually wrong. The owner to Exclusively Bimmer did not take any responsibility of his errors and had a very carefree attitude about spending my money on unnecessary repairs. BE CAREFUL
It's so sad to get anonymous letters like this. Very few companies try harder than us to be fair and get the job done right. We have a 98% retention rate with thousands of happy customers. Some customer's you can't please and I don't even know if this is a real customer.
