        Overall

        Terrible service - novice came out to handle my first pest control, he had no idea how to fix my issues and I had to tell him what to do. He tried to slip out of the house, without spraying all my windows. And they charged me a higher price than my other pest control service.



        Terrible customer service - they charged me for a service that I didn't even know about, and I called to ask them why they came out without even making an appointment or asking me. And the customer service lady wouldn't even listen to me, and asked me to pay a bill for the service that I didn't even schedule.



        Terminix and Tom's pest control did a better service than they did. I had to show the service guy what to fix the first and second time.
