In Spa Dentistry

I went for a work interview and this place was the nastiest by far. The quality of treatment patients get is compare to third world country. Where did this doctors buy there lisences.

I have been going to this dentist for over 2 years now. At first, I NEVER had any issues. The staff were always friendly. Over time, I began to experience issue after issue. The doctor would have her staff call me make excuses for why they had to reschedule my apt. because the "doctor couldnt make it"- this happened not once, but time and time again. Or after I had a procedure done that she made the wrong call on, which I came in 5 times after having it done because I was in pain. The doctor would take X-rays each time, and say its looks perfect. Well why I am in pain than??? Also, check your insurance before you go, see what your allowable is and what they've actually billed your insurance. They wanted to charge me almost $1500 for a procedure. I called a specialist for same procedure and they quoted me $271.90. The specialist informed me, more than likely they're charging for random charges. Which is legal, not right. Overall, dont go to dentist for specialist job, ex: root canal.

I have been coming to this office since it has been open for service ,I completely love the atmosphere here walking into office the front receptionist always greets me by name,Shannon always gets up from desk to greet me ,the assistant Joie always greets with a warm greeting. Dr. Lam is very passionate to her patients .I have referred all my family members to "In Spa" I highly recommend this Dentist office

Office is beautiful! Staff is awesome! They go above and beyond! Dr Lam is late to almost all appointments. My appointments get rescheduled due to Dr Lam either "not feeling well" or "having a family emergency" almost every appointment. Some of my treatment was not done well. Two crowns I had done were horrible and I am looking into them being redone somewhere else. The decor and staff operate like a Dental Spa. Dr Lam operates like it is a sketchy hmo office.

Wonderful! Friendly staff, clean welcoming atmosphere. Best dentist I have ever seen! My kids actually want to go back!

I love this dental office, I'm an extreme dental phobic person, Dr. lam put me at ease at the very first time we meet. She and her staffs took time and patiently explained every question that I have and at the treatment day, they took care of me and pampered me like king. I referred all friends and family to In Spa Dentistry, I got nothing but appreciation and complements. Thank you Inspadentistry.
