I just wanted to say how pleased and satisfied I was with the move. The office was checking on me and actually cared about how everything was going for me and my family. The movers were extremely professional and kind. I felt my property was in safe hands. I would recommend this company to any military personnel and civilian. I have moved so many times and never dealt with this kind of professionalism before. I hope that when it is time for me to move again in the next 2 1/2 years I can get this company again. It is always nice to have your things come back to you all in one piece. Thank you again for you awesome company.

What a joy to do business with a company who is reliable, honest and does what it says they are going to do. With all the horror stories you hear about moving companies, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. Peter, Diana and Crystal as well as the delivery people from Arpin Van lines were on time, not a broken item etc. I give Bristol Plymouth 5 stars plus 1000 more.

This is a professional moving company with hard working curtius people. They moved my 4 bedroom house contents with no damage, free boxes and great price.

Peter-The owner is honest and professional. We moved living room, and assorted items to Florida from our house in MA. They did a good job for a reasonable price. One of the delivery men who arrived in Florida was Peter himself.

Bristol-Plymouth recently moved my 7 room house. This was, by far, the best move we have ever had. Being a former military family, we have moved over 10 times, so we have seen it all! I'll be honest, I was hesitant to use them after reading a bad review. When I took a closer look, there was only one bad review left by the same person all over the web.I knew then it was obviously just some impossible to please customer with a lot of time on their hands. My faith paid off because I cannot give enough positive complements about this company! They were professional, curteous, patient, competitively priced, efficient and fast!. I will never go with any other moving company! I will tell everyone they would be crazy to go with anyone else!

With the recent rains, we ended up with over a foot of water in our finished basement.From the moment Diana answered the phone, we knew we would be able to figure it out.Peter was out to our house within an hour of my initial call; his suggestions were both helpful and practical. The next day, 3 of the nicest men came to my basement in wader-boots, sloshing through the filthy water trying to move/save what we could.This company went above and beyond to help us during this stressful time, even provididing 2 months free storage while we repaired our home.Thank you for your compassion, competence and patience! BristolPlymouth Moving just moved us into our first home, and they were fantastic. They were polite and knowledgeable and had great personalities. Not only were they neat and uniformed, they knew what they were doing. Best of all, the charges were exactly as I was quoted; everything was broken down on my bill and easy to understand. I will definately use this company again and tell anyone I care about to use them also. Definately the best around!

My family recently used Bristol-Plymouth Movers to move my aunt into an assisted living facility. Everyone we dealt with from the company was polite, professional and made us feel they really knew the business. Diana was very helpful not only in the moving department but also in the busy preparation that goes on before that day. She had a solution to every possible issue I could think of! Gil and his crew were very patient with my aunt, never pressuring her as she continued to make decisions on taking certain things throughout the move. They treated every item like it was gold! They even padded the floor so the rugs wouldn't get dirty. They seemed to think of everything. I will continue to strongly recommed this company to anyone requiring moving and/or storage services.

I just worked with Bristol-Plymouth Movers to move my in-laws from Massachusetts to Virginia. They were fabulous. Diana in the office was responsive and senstive to our timing needs. Gil and the crew that packed and loaded were professional, cordial, and fast. Peter (the owner) delivered everything on time and with care. We had to drop off furniture at two locations and realized that one piece would not fit at the second location, so Peter returned to the first location. Way beyond the call of duty. A moving crew I hired from this company damaged the headboard to my new bed. The crew did not move the bed. It was already in my home. I contacted the owner/president of the company who refused to pay for the damage caused by his employees. I am taking this matter to small claims court. I do not recommend this company.
